If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30
days of delivery for a replacement.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item (s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged
and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to
return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and
WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you
for shipping.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned
items.
Shipping errors and re-shipments:
If a package is returned due to an
incorrect or an undeliverable address, the shipping charges will be
re-invoiced and payment must be made before the items will be shipped again.
Please make sure to check your default shipping address within the
PayPal system and make changes on your order if needed.
